The State Puppet Theater organized a charitable spiritual and educational initiative on the eve of Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In cooperation with the social charity centers “Ana Tilegi,” “Mir,” and “Azamatsha,” the theater presented a meaningful cultural celebration aimed at fostering patriotism and love for the homeland among the younger generation.

As part of the event, audiences were shown the performance The Golden Man, which cultivates in children a love for their native land, respect for their history, and the ability to demonstrate courage and virtue in challenging life situations. In addition, an educational and informative program entitled “Tauelsizdik – Tugyrym” (“Independence is My Foundation”) was held. On this festive day, a joyful atmosphere was created for children with special needs, as well as for children from low-income and large families.

To enhance children’s engagement and interest, Independence-themed quizzes were organized, and poems about the native land and homeland were recited. The young participants proudly performed the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, expressing their respect for national symbols. These moments had a significant impact on the development of national identity among the children.

The audience was also presented with a performance dedicated to the “Golden Man” — an outstanding young leader of the Saka period who lived in the Zhetysu region and became a symbol of the Kazakh people’s aspiration for freedom and independence. The content of the production celebrates such noble moral values as courage and integrity, heroism, and service to one’s country.

Madina Sauytbekova, Director of the Social Public Foundation “Azamatsha,” emphasized the importance of the initiative:

“On such an important holiday as Independence Day, events like this hold tremendous educational value for children. I believe that performances of this kind make a significant contribution to nurturing patriotic feelings in the younger generation. We plan to continue joint projects with the Puppet Theater in the future. On behalf of our foundation, I express sincere gratitude to the organizers,” she noted.

This charitable initiative became a vivid example of the harmonious integration of culture and education, providing spiritual support to the younger generation and strengthening faith in the bright future of an independent nation.
