The performance based on Berdibek Sokpakbayev’s famous novella «My Name is Kozha» invites audiences into the fascinating world of childhood – a time of genuine feelings, joyful adventures, and first mistakes. On stage, the exciting events from the life of Kozha, a mischievous yet kind-hearted village boy, come to life. Despite being a good student, he often finds himself in awkward situations, upsetting his teachers and loved ones. Wanting to escape his troubles, he joins his friend Sultan on a journey to the summer pastures, where new challenges await him. Throughout the performance, Kozha learns to recognize his mistakes and strives for responsibility, kindness, and respect for others. Filled with humor and warmth, the show lifts the audience’s spirits and encourages deep reflection on the values of friendship, honesty, and personal growth.
